Role Description
Provide operational and administrative support to Staffing Coultants and eures new employee orientation will held every month.
Major Accountabilities
?Be respoible for onboarding process for Alcon China.
?Maintain and update Employee information in terms of new hire, employee termination etc. information in SAP system.
?Be respoible for new employees’ reference check, onboarding date communication, onboarding data preparation etc.
?Be respoible for the employee P-file management to make sure it’s aligned with internal auditor requirements.
?Work closely with HRBP for the employee on boarding process.
?Be respoible for the payment process of headhunter fee and 3rd party monthly fee.(
?Organize the new employee orientation every month.
?Fill in the labor bureau reports by monthly,quarterly and annual.
?Support HR project on data traformation and historical data coolidation.
?Be respoible for Employee information monthly and annual reporting.
?Other added hoc HR operation tasks.
Ideal Background
Education:Minimum:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Human orientation,
Languages:Workable oral and written English skills
Experience/Professional Requirement:Minimum:2-3 yea’ HR operation experience, SAP related is preferred
