General Purpose of the Position:

Develop production pla and production schedules for the plant

Major Respoibilities:

？Participate MPS meeting and generate Master Schedule

？Coolidate and Analyze Customer Demand (Variation and Reliability)

？Create appropriate production schedules for Manufacturing

？Follow potential customer interruption process

？Lead the Production Planning activity for the product line assigned

？Lead the implementation of the right Scheduling Operating System

？Lead the Production Scheduling activity for the product line assigned

？Track Schedule Attainment (Volume and Mix)

？Maintain updated Material Flow Pla for every product line

？Based on Production Plan maintain finished goods Inventory forecast

？Track finished goods Inventory value across the Value Chain

？Plan and implement PC&L Change Implementation Plan

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

？Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

？Excellent English. Other language is a plus

？Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill

？3-5 yea experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis.

？Strong interpeonal communication skills and leadehip

？Strong PC and systems skilled

？Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

？Organized and disciplined.

Experience:

？Experience in production operatio

？Pull System

？Supply Chain Management

？Kanban system experience

？Experience on MRP/ERP systems

？Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, etc.)
