1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

Maintenance Engineer is a position in charge of euring that the production equipment would be operated smoothly, developing PM itructio and training technicia and operato.

2．MAJOR RESPOIBILIES主要职责

?Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to eure smooth operation.

?Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.

?Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and itallation.

?Provide repair and maintenance for all the equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.

?Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works.

?Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM itructio and train PM technicia and operato.

?Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.

?Report health, safety and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area.

?Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved peonal performance.

？Undetand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal coequences to the employee and the company.

?Other tasks assigned by leade.

3.EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

?Basic oral and written English.

?Good math and computer skills.

?Ability to service machinery in such a way to avoid damage to capital equipment, tools, or production line product is desired.

4.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

Educational: College degree in related fields.

Experience: Minimum 2 yea experience in related fields.Experience in manufacturing process control and set up.
