岗位职责：

1、通过CAD系统修改现有图纸或绘制新的发动机零件图；

2、绘制发动机整机数字模型或组件图纸；

3、发布发动机材料清单（BOM）；

4、通过技术方案进行有效成本控制和质量提升；

5、为新零件进行DFMEA设计；

6、运用常规计算技术或有限元模型，进行简单的组件分析。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，汽车工程（发动机）/机械工程专业；

2、三年以上设计或大型复杂机构计算领域工作经验；

3、英语听、说、读、写、熟练；

4、具备良好的柴油发动机和车辆技术知识；

5、有一定的力学分析方法和公差及精度分析能力；

6、精通Pro-E-CAD机械绘图软件。

respoibilities:

*modify existing drawing or produce new drawings of engine components on CAD system;

*produce Digital Mock-ups or assembly drawing

*release engine Bills of Materials

*cost reduction and quality improvement from technical side

*design the DFMEA for new parts

*produce simple component analysis,using conventional computation techniques or FEM modeling.

requirements:

*education:bachelor and above

*major:automotive/mechanical subjects

*experiences:at least 3 yea experience in the area of design or computation of complex mechanical systems

*skills:

-good command of written and spoken english;

-good knowledge of diesel engine and vehicle technology

-deep knowledge of mechanical design including use of CAD systems(Pro-E preferred)

-in alternative,deep knowledge of mechanical analysis methodologies(FEM)
