Work within a multi-disciplinary team to lead and/or complete a variety of tasks associated with EMSI’s green building coulting businesses.

Main Respoibilities:

1. Support Project Manager to conduct various projects, including sustainable design, green building certification etc.

2. Assist Project Manager to develop technical solutio related to green building industry

3. Integrate the project with organization directio and process smoothly and timely.

4. Purpose plan or target based on supervisory direction .Uses resources effectively to complete project plan.

5. Shows customer empathy and undetands the customer’s needs.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor and deliver on time

Key Qualificatio:

1.Bachelor or above degree in building services engineering or environmental sciences, such as HVAC engineering, architecture, urban planning etc

2.Familiar with LEED certification for at least two rating systems, such as LEED-CS and LEED-EB; Green Building Label certification for commercial building and residential building;

3.Fluent in English, CET-6

4.Excellent communication skills
