Position: QC Ipector

Location: Based in Beijing travel to workshop around China

Travel Percentage: 90%

Job Respoibilities

· Reviews Ipection Test Pla (ITPs) according to specificatio standard/ code requirements.

· Staffing the project QC activities by following our budget.

· Arrange QC ipector and coordinate with project team and supplier for the activities.

· Report to project team for any issues, problems related to quality and fabrication schedule.

· Communicate with supplier for following up the issues.

· Report to regional QC manager and project team for the major issues to find resolution of supplier quality issues.

· Pre-qualify supplie from quality view if required.

· Perform supplier surveillance according as required, and submit surveillance report timely.

Job Requirements

· Engineering / material education background is preferred.

· At least 10 yea working experience for supplier surveillance, power plant BOP equipment experience is preferred. Familiar with BOP equipment major fabrication processes.

· Familiar with ASME, API, AWS D1.1, and related Chinese codes/ standards.

· Fluent in English speaking and writing is required.

· Very good team player.

· Strong communication capabilities with different parties.

· CWI (certified welding ipector) is preferred.

· ISO9001 auditor (internal or external) is preferred.

· NDE Level II certificatio for RT/ UT/ MT/ PT are preferred.

· NACE I or II certificate is preferred.

· Power plant and LNG plant equipment background is preferred.
