职位描述:
JOB SCOPE
The candidate is expected to support relatiohip manage for daily business running. The major tasks include pitch book preparation, report coolidation, daily customer maintenance and administrative support for the team and etc.
KEY RESPOIBILITIES
?Assist relatiohip manage in the deal pitches and follow-up activities as below.
?Participating formulation of solution structure for clients based on their needs by helping prepare pitch book for clients under the guidance from RMs;
?To follow up with documentation and execution of deals originated by other RMs in the bank;
?Work with Services team, Cash Ops, Compliance, Legal and Client Onboarding team to do the account opening for clients by help on supporting document collection, doing KYC for client and etc;
?To provide necessary support, e.g. financial analysis, credit report preparation, follow-up on client meetings and other house-keeping activities to win the deal in pipeline and make sure the smooth implementation;
?Daily customer maintenance by supporting RMs to awer customer simple inquiries on daily basis;
?Manage the market event/client seminar when necessary;
?Report coolidation on regular basis;
?Administrative support for the team membe on travel plan, ETS reimbuement, team activities and etc.
SELECTION CRITERIA
?Minimum 1- 2 yea client service experience in banking industry paired with a strong see of accountability and integrity;
?With exposure in China and an undetanding of the business environment, regulatory regime and market trends;
?Computer literate and proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and etc.;
?Strong interpeonal and communication skills;
?Good team player who is willing to learn and work hard;
?Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written;
?Motivated and results oriented;
