Job Description

-Eure the coistency and the quality of the technical respoe during RFQ phase, identifying risks and capitalizing on mass production projects’ experience / productivity

-Assign projects to product manage, set their targets links to their functio

-Secure the technology trafe during projects’ early development phase and identify risks / convergence plan

-Secure the products design during development phase and mass production phase through a structured and regular monitoring of the projects’ progress (project / design reviews)

-Make sure the technical evolution is followed up during development phase

-Eure the capitalization of the knowledge

-Forecast new projects’ needs and eure the reinforcement of the teams if necessary

-Management of the team : Team membe’ (RPC, product manage) workload and work conditio (training, work assessment, salary...)

-Build project and service budgets coistent with the targets set by the group

Qualification & requirements

1) Bachelor degree in engineering

2) +10 yea’ experience in auto industries, +3 yea' specialized in NVH products

3) Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin

4) Excellent Leadehip
