Job Title: Equipment and Facility Supervisor

Position Summary 职位概述:

The Equipment and Facility Supervisor is respoible for leading the equipment and facility team that engaging new product development, sustaining and continuous improvement of world-class manufacturing including:

· New equipment evaluation, selection and itallation

· Equipment maintenance and repair

· TPM implementation

· Facility upgrade

· Supervising, developing, coaching and evaluating equipment and facility team

Key Requirement:

· BS degree in EE, ME, Materials, Physics, Science

· 5+ yea of working experience in medical device or related industry; Mfg engineering / equipment engineering experience is preferred

· Proven ability in managing and motivating employees; coaching skills required

· Strong leadehip and team work capabilities. Track record in managing people to deliver result. Actively ipire and coach people for development;

· Ability to work effectively within complex decision making; Strong ability to operate independently; ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflict across different functional areas in organization.

· Quality-cocious, result-oriented, business-minded, and ready to take respoibility

· Lead or adopt to changes that are relevant to the organization.

· Strong presentation skills; effectively communication technique at multiple levels with strong language skills in both Chinese & English;
