先进先出

库存状态

库存条件

按照要求在装配我们的产品

面对客户作为品质和物流的主要接口

协调沟通和解决问题在Senior法国和客户之间

作为客户工厂的品质驻场（在客诉问题发生时，到现场支持直到问题解决）

Role description:

?Be the Project engineer for any new business won by SENIOR

?Visit frequently customer plant in order to provide any assistance to them & check if “good practice” is respected about

oFIFO

oInventory stock

oStorage condition

oSENIOR itruction to assemble our product

?Be the main interlocutor in front of customer about any quality, logistic claim

?Coordinate any communication and problem solving between SENIOR Blois in France and customer contacts

?Become a “Quality resident” to customer plant (this mea be located to the customer plant) when quality claim appeared till the problem is solved.

As project engineer;

?Industrialisation And DVP&R of New Products Day to Day Customer interface for Project Management and Technical related subjects

?Implement and Deliver the Project Timing Plan including oveeeing industrialization of New Products

?Implement and Deliver the Design and Validation Plan for New Projects

?To Provide Technical Support, Costing Support and Proposal Documents in order to respond to RFQ’s Running of APQP Procedure

?Generating Timing Pla

?Product Characterisation and Part Tear Down Analysis

?Co-ordinate prototype procurement and build

?Present / Chair APQP meetings with customer

?Co-ordinate technical information and delivery to custome

?Outward face technical

As Quality engineer;

?Assist all APQP projects and PPAP’s for customer approval

?Ability to evaluate non-confirming material, e.g. internal, customer and supplier

?Ability to conduct Process audits

?Ability to develop and validate supplie

?Lead 8D meetings / activities

?Monitor and track warranty claims with custome, including sorting organization

?Knowledge about 5S activities, Product and Process audits

优秀的沟通和组织能力

有工程背景和汽车行业经验

理解和掌握品质控制和制造行业要求

认知和了解关于制造工程关于健康；安全和环境的要求

有CMM经验优先

熟练的英语沟通能力，会法语尤佳

Additional skills

?Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.

?Candidates should be educated to minimum engineer level and time served with previous experience of working with an automotive environment.

?Have a good undetanding of Quality requirements & Controls for a manufacturing environment.

?Have agood awareness of Health, Safety & Environment within manufacturing

?CMM (CNC co-ordinate Measuring Machine) experience would be advantageous

?Very good English is mandatory, French would be advantageous
