Major Respoibilities
?Assesses the talent needs of the organization in order to design and deliver the effective talent solutio
and to influence Plant Manage to make the right choices regarding Talent.
?Facilitates develop strategies and implements strategies initiatives.
?Provides Talent & Organization Develop support for the business .Delive smooth implementatio of global
and local development initiatives.
?Facilitates organization changes, and provides business with valuable HR solution to make sure smooth traition.
?Smoothly and independently handles employee issues, and provides professional advice to business to manage
potential legal risk.
?Good cooperation with HR COE team to eure smooth regular HR supports to business.
?Implementation of program, initiatives for business to drive a high engagement level and a positive organization
culture.
Specific Issues (Such as working environment, business trip)
?Min. 5 yea in different HR generalist roles (Recruiter, training associate, compeation specialist…) with at least 3 yea in manufacturing plant.
Qualificatio
EducatioDegree:
?Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant majo;
Working Experience:
?Min. 5 yea in different HR generalist roles (Recruiter, training associate, compeation specialist…) with at least 3 yea in manufacturing plant;
Key Competencies:
?Excellent communication and presentation skill
?Good coordinating and organizing skill
?Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic, able to work under pressure
Other Skills (such as language, technical, software, certification):
?Good computer skills on Excel, PPT, etc.
?Fluent in oral and written English is a must
