Report: Automotive China Sales Manager
Loctaion: Shenzhen
Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree with major in automotive, electronics, electrics or automation engineering; master or MBA is preferred.
2. 5 yea of relevant industry related sales and marketing experience, successful projects experience in auto sales, 2~3 yea of relevant technical support or R&D is preferred, successful key account management experience. Distributo management experience.
3. Skill
Self-motivation, initiative, aggressive, result-oriented, creative and good team player.
Frequent travel.
Good communication and presentation skill.
Be capable on working with WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
Good English in speaking and writing.
Mai Duties:
1. Create relatiohip with new custome; develop new business and custome, succeed peonal business development target, coordinate communicatio between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.
2. Maintain relatiohip with existing custome; coordinate communicatio between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Keep and promote business market share.
3. Regional market study, new application development, new products development. Competition study, market analysis, succeed market share promotion target
4. Distributo management. Cooperate with industrial team well.
5. Short and long term sales plan for customer and prepare sales strategy utilizing available market program to achieve sales target.
