职位描述:
Respoibilities:
- Handling QA complaints and managing engineering services at multinational companies in automotive and electronics industries.
- Provide high – QA services meeting customer’s expectatio for partne ; cotantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partne’ representatives
- Plan, manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance
- In case of QA problem follow the process of handling the complaint; inform the partne about the procedure, take necessary actio
- Prepare non – conformity analyses, work out actio together with process/production enginee
- Product supervisio Control product quality
- In case of problems with supplie initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures inform the supplier and take appropriate actio
- Conduct supplier audit
- Carry out process audits
- Implement 8D and other corrective actio, apply quality assurance tools
- Keep contact with custome regarding complaints, PPAP and production problems
- Prepare PPAP documentation and submit it to the customer
Requirements:
- Technical Collage or Univeity degree
- 2-5 yea of experience in quality assurance
- 2 - 5yea of experience in automotive industries
- knowledge of automotive specificatio and standards
- ISO TS 16949, QS 9000
-PPAP, APQP, PDCA, 8D, SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
- Computer literacy (MS office)
- Fluent English
- Driving licence
