We are China leading R&D center, who specializing in design, research and validation of innovative ultra-precision positioning systems for advanced manufacturing industry. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for highly skilled mechanical engineering professional to join the Tsinghua Univeity based team in Beijing.

The Mechanical Development Engineer will be working directly with Enginee in multiple majo to design and develop ultra-precision positioning systems.

KEY RESPOIBILITIES:

*Investigate and perform technical research\design prototype and configuration of motion and measurement structure in details\model selection by compreheivecomparison.

*Establish the manufacturing and assembly process for products and draw the configuration\parts\components\assembly in mechanical graphic software

*Write technical review\\experimental\design\technological documentation;

*Resolve technical problems in fabrication, manufacturing, assembly and debugging of prototype.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will ideally have a thorough working knowledge of mechanical and precision engineering, in particular, mechatronics mechanical-electrical integration. It also requires the candidate to have a solid ground knowledge of mechanical Designing and Manufacturing. This is a fast paced role, requiring the candidate to be able to manage their workload, priorities and meet deadlines effectively. An ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management is essential.

Required Skills:

*Able to design independently. Candidate with development experience of mechanical and electrical products is preferred.

*Have a working knowledge of normal engineering material and mechanical fabrication process

*Competent with one of 3D/2D mechanical design software Works.

*Competent with technical literature reading in English.

QUALIFICATIO:

Ideally you have a Bachelor degree in 211/985 Univeity or above, in a relevant subject along with significant experience in Mechanical Designing and Manufacturing, PrecisionItrumentationormajo relating to Mechatronics mechanical-electrical integration..

In turn, we expect you are a team-player with good communicatiokills. And great resilience to stress is an advantage as well.
