职位描述:
Primary Respoibilities:
-Qualify opportunities and develop pre-qualification with different functio and units
-Work with Regional Sales teams & TAE to successful support of bidding; prepare opportunity proposal  to eure that risk mitigation and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording
-Provide commercial support at Deal Review including risk assessment/mitigation, terms  and conditio, financial analysis, and pricing strategy
-Support  Region Sales teams to develop commercial  solutio that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals
-Support on contract trafer to PM team
Qualificatio Required:
-Bachelor degree or above
-At least  3- 5 yea’ working experience related in commercial function
-Undetand commercial and contract term
-Familiar with public/ negotiation bidding process, familiar with ITO (Inquire To Order) process
-Good English skills; English proposal capability
-Good computer skills
-Have initiative, energetic, hard-working competencies and good team spirit
