职位描述:

岗位职能:

Sales Activities

1、Pla and prepares for sales visits to both existing and prospect custome e.g. contact peon, potential, trading history, etc using the sales system and other available, relevant information

计划并准备对现存及潜在客户进行销售拜访,通过运用销售系统或是其他可用的相关的信息,如联系人、潜力、交易记录等;

2、Performs business development visits to appropriate contacts within existing and prospect custome according to the agreed activity KPI’s and approved sales processes

根据KPI考核及销售流程对现有及潜在客户开展适当的业务拓展拜访;

3、Supports marketing campaig by visiting target custome as appointed by the Indoor Sales partner

通过对指定目标客户的拜访,开展市场营销工作;

4、Identifies the potential trade profile of custome and makes appropriate offe in line with the Yusen commercial to win the business

根据公司情况来确定客户潜在贸易情况,并提供合适的报价以更好地开展业务;

5、Coistently presents the full range of Yusen products, services and technologies to every customer

负责向客户展示公司的各向产品、服务、技术;

6、Wi new ocean ,air and contract logistics through the closing of business on the appropriate tariffs

在业务末尾阶段,发展新的海运、空运、合同物流合作机会;

7、Investigates the share of wallet for each customer and develops existing custome via up selling and/or cross selling

调查各客户的份额,通过向上销售或是交叉销售来进一步开发现有客户。

Sales Administration

1、Effectively manages time through correct use of the agenda and pla travel to maximise selling time

通过合理的日程安排有效的管理时间,最大化拓展销售业务;

2、Completes and updates customer information and documentation as required by the business

根据业务需要整理、更新客户信息及相关文档;

3、Accurately updates the Sales systems following each customer interaction to eure complete and current client information such as potential trade profiles, decision make, record communicatio etc

根据客户内部信息及时更新销售系统,来确保完整实时的客户信息,例如潜在贸易概况、决策者、沟通记录等 ;

4、Reviews the territory sales performance with the Indoor Sales partner and prepares information as necessary for sales meetings, weekly debriefs and quarterly sales reviews

与内部销售同事回顾区域销售业绩,准备销售会议、每周汇报及季度销售回顾所需要的相关信息。

Relatiohip Management

1、Forms professional and appropriate relatiohips with decision make in identified customer organisatio through positive face to face contact

通过有效的交流确定客户的组织结构,并与其决策者形成并建立专业、良好的合作关系;

2、Eures all custome are contacted on a regular basis by following the agreed contact strategy

根据达成的协议确保与客户进行定期的业务往来;

3、Eures custome are kept up to date with relevant Yusen information and reports, where applicable

确保客户能获得及时更新的公司信息;

4、Establishes appropriate relatiohips and communicates with other relevant functional areas as required to eure customer satisfaction

为确保客户满意度,与其他相关职能部门保持良好的合作关系及沟通。

Process Management & Implementation

1、Undetands the approved Yusen Win, Keep, Develop and Recover Profitable Custome sales processes and refe to process materials as required

充分理解“Yusen Win, Keep, Develop and Recover Profitable Custome”的销售流程;

2、Eures correct execution of new and existing policies and processes in line with customer requirements

根据客户的要求,确保正确执行新的、现有的政策和流程;

3、Provides feedback on potential process improvements that can improve the customer experience

及时反馈对流程进行的改进,以提高客户体验满意度。

Cross Functional Relatiohips

1、Establishes potential product opportunities by identifying new developments within the channels custome and competito in the local markets .

通过了解当地市场渠道客户及竞争对手的业务新进展建立潜在的产品销售机会;

2、Eures all custome within the channel are charged the correct rates and price increases are managed as required

确保向所有渠道客户都收取正确的费用,并能有效的管控价格上涨;

3、Maintai a close relatiohip with Customer Service, Operatio and other departments to eure all business opportunities are developed and BDI custome receive a coistent, positive customer experience

保持与客服、操作和其他部门的紧密合作关系,以确保能良好开展商业合作机会,同时确保BDI的客户能够获得一贯的、良好的客户体验。

Market Place Information

1、Interacts with custome to establish market information specific to them

与客户保持密切联系,以建立有针对性的市场信息资源;

2、Keeps up-to-date with local market trends and relates impacts upon their custome via media such as; newspape, internet, etc…

通过报纸、网络等媒介确保及时更新当地市场趋势,及对于客户的相关影响;

3、Collects competitor intelligence e.g. Rate Tariffs, brochures, etc and passes the information onto the Marketing department

收集相关行业竞争对手信息,如比率的关税、宣传册等,并将信息及时传达给市场部相关负责人;

4、Shares information with colleagues to improve the effectiveness of the Yusen’s value proposition agait competitor product offe

及时与同事分享市场信息以针对行业竞争对手的优惠活动,提高公司价格竞争力。

岗位要求:

1、Bachelor’s degree is needed

本科及以上学历

2、At least 1 yea experience in a direct sales role

至少1年销售岗位工作经历;

3、Previous free hand sales experience is an advantage

有free hand销售经验者优先;

4、Forwarding & contract logistics industry experience (minimum 3 yea)

具备至少3年货运及合约物流行业工作经验;

5、Good communication skills

具备良好的沟通能力。

6、Language skills: Fluent in English and local language. Other languages welcome

能流利进行英语读写,掌握其他语言者优先;

7、Clean drive licee is an advantage

有良好驾驶记录者优先;

8、Basic PC skills

掌握基本电脑操作技能。
