Respoibilities职责：

Under the respoibility of the Service manager, to whom he reports, details as following.

向服务经理汇报工作，职责详列如下。

1.After-sales activities of ARO’ products, including itallation, debugging, training, production, accompanying, troubleshooting etc.

负责ARO产品的售后服务工作，包含安装、调试、培训、陪产、维修等。

2.Report technical & quality problem to related dept. in order to find a solution.

向相关部门报告技术与质量问题,并找到解决方案。

3.Technical support for pre-sales, in-sales, after-sales.

提供售前、售中、售后技术支持。

4.Service tools keeping

服务工具保管

5.Other tasks arranged by Service manager.

其他由服务经理安排的工作。

Requirements要求:

1.Engineering technical background, major in mechanotronics, welding, electrical, mechanical, etc related subject, and college degree or above.

工科技术背景,机电一体化、焊接、电器、机械等相关专业,专科或以上学历。

2.Over 3 yea experience on technical service, maintenance etc related post.

从事三年以上技术服务、设备维护维修等相关工作。

3.English language skill, fluent in reading, writing & speaking.

英语语言技能，阅读、书写、口语流利。

4.Good communication ability with custome and colleagues.

与客户及同事良好的沟通能力。

5.Toughly, independently to fulfill each task, can work out of local area.

吃苦耐劳，能够独立完成各项任务，适应外地出差。

6.Be able to use OA device (PC operation),

掌握办公自动化工具（电脑操作）。

7.Familiar with the resistance welding equipment (resistance spot welding gun& welding controller) in automobile manufacturing industry would be appreciated.

熟悉汽车制造中使用的电阻焊接设备(电阻点焊钳与焊接控制器)优先。

8.Main working area: Zhejiang (Ningbo, Taizhou), Jiangsu (Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou), Shanghai,

主要工作地点：浙江（宁波、台州）、江苏（苏州、无锡、常州）、上海

9. People around Taizhou City will be preferred.
