Mission:

?The Prototype Engineer is respoible to coordinate the tasks to prepare, ipect the prototypes and issue the reports.

?Hehe has to follow company safety procedure and always wear required PPE during work in company.

Tasks & Respoilitities:

?Be sure to comply with company safety procedure, no accident.

?Maintain the overall schedule and workload of the prototyping activities.

?Receive the BOM and assembly drawing from the Program Application Engineer.

?Receive the prototype components from the supplie.

?Eure the Quality Engineer has approved the components based on the reports issued by the supplie.

?Receive the tanks shells from the Industrial Engineer.

?Keep components inventory, organize the storage room.

?Implement calibration and maintenance of all proto equipment according to plan.

?Coordinate the itallation of the equipment by the Industrial Engineer, Machinery Design and Automation Equipment.

?Hire temporary people with the support of HR; provide safety trainings

?Build the prototype parts

?Coordinate the quality checks with the Metrologist and the Quality Engineer.

?Coordinate the packaging, storage and parts shipment.

?Provide input to the Industrial Engineer to issue the prototype manufacturing report and highlight issues.

?Flexible to support mechanical laboratory to balance workload.

?Track the quality defects, make analysis and lead action pla to reduce the non-conformed parts ratio.

?Must prioritize needs and maintain documented daily productive schedule.

?Design and kick off specific small jigs and tools as needed.

?Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

?Must comply with all safety rules and regulatio.

Peonal Background

?Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline

?Five year experience minimum in similar environment

Skills & Abilities

?Familiar with the design of JIG, cutting tools & gage

?Professional English verbal and written communication skills

?Must be able to manage time and determine priorities

?Ability to troubleshoot and provide corrective action

?Undetanding of development and quality process TS 16949

?Knowledge of Fuel System Design

?Ability to read blueprints, undetanding of GD&T

?Computer efficient in Microsoft Office and Project

?Managerial capabilities for a team environment
