Job Description:
1.Manage the calendar and travel arrangements and coordinate with internal and external contacts as needed. Schedule and organize business meetings as requested.
2.Work to plan, organize and prioritize work activities.
3.Assist to liaise and interface with other management locally and internationally, employees at all levels, and external business contacts.
4.Manage with maturity and discretion highly confidential and seitive business and peonal information; maintain all the records and files in a secure, organized manner coistent with appropriate company procedures and policy requirements.
5.Maintain an undetanding of business and Executive Office’s activities, sufficient to monitor and screen all mail, news and other correspondence, prioritizing items for action, review and interest. Follow-up on work as required to make sure that due dates are met.
6.Maintain open, honest, and direct lines of communication with Leadehip team, Business Manager, and other employees. Provide the feedback on organization and business issues.
7.Work to set up the appropriate example regarding work ethic and conduct for other office employees.
8.Work independently to anticipate needs, take initiative, adapt to new situatio, and overcome obstacles to get things done.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor Degree or above. Major in Administrative Secretary or related is preferred.
Preferred Job Skills and Qualificatio:

1.Strong & Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and oral)
2.More than 5 yea work experience in the relevant job
Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to initiatively carry out work independently.
3.Well organized and Systematically thinking to drive for results.
4.Good interpeonal & communication skill, able to participate in cross-functional and natural unit teams. Must be able to work with people having different peonalities.
5.Strong at Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
6.Handle work with strong see of respoibility and ethics.
