Tasks :
? Represent ISSCREWS as a professional, respoive and committed partner to the success and continuous improvement of the contract.
? Meets with Regional Business and Function leade to identify real estate needs, develop alternatives, and implement solutio for criticalcomplex sites.
? Work closely with HP Sub-regionals to investigate and close out any service issues, escalating to Portfolio Director where these aren’t able to be dealt with at a site level.

Financial Management
? Work in collaboration with HP Sub-regionals to establish budgets, forecast expees, and track changes in conjunction with HP Sub-regionals
? Interface with HP Inc. team on ISS on process improvements that increase quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while decreasing operating costs.
? Review and provide oveight to Capital Budget for Asset Replacements, recommendatio for upgrades at site level.
? Review and execute Vendor Selection Process – Tier II supplie through:
o Approve RFP Documentation
o Review Scoring
? Overview of Preventive Maintenance Plan – Region
o Present PM Plan & Schedule
Property Portfolio Management
? Partner with HPI’s Real Estate team on required lease renewalsexteio, new site selection, inactive property program, Final MetroRegionalPortfolio Plan.
? Partner with HPI & ISS Project Management team to deliver facility projects and manage medium to small projects independently.
? Interface with local Landlords and third party service provide to coordinate the project activities.
? Eure emergency respoe to critical infrastructure failures, and coordinate communication to site leadehip and employees.
? Oveight to process improvements that increase quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while decreasing costs. – Program level

? Oveee critical environments (Production, R&D, Labs) and change maintenance routines when required
? Facilitates the integration of CREWS services including Real Estate Traactio, Planning, Project Management, Operatio and other HP horizontal functio and services such as IT, EH&S, Security, and Risk Management.
? Eures that operational strategies are being managed by ISS for HP facilities to achieve infrastructure reliability and efficient building operatio for a wide range of environments (office to clean room to Manufacturing to data center).
Risk Management (AMS & APJ)
? Assist HPI EHS with high level governance and compliance with all regulatory, legal, and HPI policy requirements.
? Eure proper HPI Legal interface with local, State, and Country governmental agencies, and industry organizatio.
? Eure adherence to ISS compliance standards covering Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Environment.
? Provide oveight and support for HP & ISS EHS Standards and that policies are implemented, as well as ISO 14001

B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field.
Master’s degree preferred in related field

15-20 yea’ experience in Integrated Facility Management with emphasis in service delivery working in commercial real estateproperty managementfacilities management
