职位描述:
JD(工作内容)
1. Screen CV for lower level staff 
2. Coordination with hiring manager for interview 
3. Reference check for candidates ( it is difficult and costs a lot of time, especially for lower level staff) 
4. Staff p-file management
5. Coordinate for new positio post to AD.
6. Other HR works such as update JD, HR forms for operatio according to HR and Admin. Director’s advice
7. Back up for admin. for admin. staff’s leave.
Requirements(岗位要求)
1. Min.2 yea recruitment experience in hotel.
2. Univeity degree
3. Good written English
