Provide a chemical engineering service to the site to eure plant is designed and operated safely.

为工厂提供化学工程服务，确保工程的设计及运营安全。

Participate in design reviews and clarificatio at the early stages of process and basic engineering works; participate and conduct training, commissioning and start-up activities.

在工艺早期阶段与基本工程部分，参与设计的审核与说明；参与和实施培训、调试、试运行活动。

Design, calculate and optimize processes in the fields of production and related ancillary equipment; Generate process configuration, PFD’s, P&ID’s, material and energy balances, utility and coumable balances as well as technical data sheets for major equipment items.

设计、计算、优化生产工艺及相关辅助设备；为主要设备制造并检查工艺配置、工艺流程图、管道仪表流程图、材料能量平衡、功用与消耗平衡以及技术数据表。

Keep continuous improvement and optimization of unit process; To resolve issues concerning the process and make / implement recommendatio to prevent recurring; Act as the ‘Site Owner’ for corporate safety standards according to chemical safety regulation.

对生产工艺进行持续改进和完善；处理生产工艺相关问题，提出/采取相关措施防止再次发生同类问题；按照相关化学管理要求执行工厂安全标准。

Manage Process Safety and eure supporting documentation is maintained accurately; Assist to review, modify and update the SOPs; To develop, modify and update the process related part in emergency preparedness.

管理工艺安全文件，及时更新配套资料，确保准确；对SOP进行审核、修改和更新；起草、修改和更新工艺相关的紧急预案。
