General Purpose of the Position:

Lead the day to day activities of External warehouse on-spot business management, such as manpower distribute, problem solving…

Major Respoibilities:

？Follow TS16949 and ISO14001 requirements

？Daily manpower distributing

？External Warehouse on-spot business management

？Control the Inventory accuracy.

？Deliver the material to inner warehouse without production line down.

？Deliver the FG to customer to meet the OTD requirement.

？Cross-function communication with Quality and Inner Warehouse.

？Lean production execution in external warehouse

？Continuously improvement for warehouse team building execution

？Special assignments as required by supervisor

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

(Note: Determine the necessary competence for peonnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, Education background, language skill requirement, character and so on)

？college or mid-technical(high school) degree

？At least 6 yea experience in warehouse and 3 yea leader or supervisor experience

？Good peonal communication skill

？Basic office software skill is required

？Self motivated, strong respoibilities

？Able to coordinate related internal team member

？Able to OT as required

？Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred

Experience:

At least 8 yea experience in warehouse and 3 yea in warehouse leadeupervisor experience.
