职位描述:
KEY RESPOABILITIES AND DUTIES
1)Prepare the daily sales reconciliation.
2)Income booking and store’s bank accounts reconciliation.
3)Store sales operation risks control and prepare the reports as checklist control on cash, sales discount checking, etc.
4)Issue invoices for AR, and make sure sending them as request for receiving back the income in time.
5)Collect and check fapiao for coignment.
6)Coordinate with AR closing. Prepare AR supporting documents/reports.
7)Assist to check stores’ daily sales report as needed.
8)Sales receipts filing and checking.
9)Rental related Agreements filling.
10)Other tasks assigned by your leader or manager.
