职位描述:
1.中文、广告学、戏剧影视文学、广播电视编导等相关专业基础,大专及以上学历,2年以上项目策划经验;
2.具有较强的逻辑思维及创意策划能力,具备深厚的文字写作功底,文笔流畅,知识面丰富,独立完成项目的分镜头脚本、剧情内容策划和汇报提案的撰写;
3.熟练操作办公软件及PPT软件,擅长运用Photoshop、Illustrator进行图片编辑及存储者更佳;
4.负责各种策划写作形式:企业宣传,城市宣传,产品宣传等;
5.对多媒体创意产业及互动多媒体创意设计有一定的了解和认识;
6.良好的沟通、协作能力和执行力,有创新意识、良好的人际沟通能力;
Job Requirements:
?Lead the strategic planning effort to compliment ATL&BTL initiatives and bring strong foundation to uncover:

?Ipiring creative ideas in digital, PR, interactive, CRM, and othe.
?Partner with creative and account management pee to develop business-winning ideas at all points of customer contact.
?Eure strong collaborative relatiohip within the groups.
?Orchestrate externally with partne to coistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business.
?Crafts creative briefs and provides clear peuasive briefings to creative colleagues.
?Create and support opportunities for new business.
?Collaborate with senior clients and regularly provide culturalocial iights and recommendatio to their business dynamics.
?Identify opportunities to cotantly improve the quality of thinking applied to client business.
?Oveee and complete all administrative respoibilities required for department heads by the agency.
Qualificatio / Skills:
?Minimum of 2 yea’ experience in international planning environment.
?Integrated marketing planning experience preferred.
?Marketing background and strong marketing trends’ iight/analytical skills.
?Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.
?Works well under pressure in multi-dimeional context
?Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and English.
?Available for potential frequent travel.
