Respoibilities

1.Identify the applicable HS regulation and standards; periodically monitor on the regulation changes. Update the plant HS procedures and improve the EHS programs accordingly. Eure that overall HS performance is in compliance with legal and BRUSS HQ requirements.

2.Communicate with government agencies, prepare and submit the required environmental, health and safety reports and registration forms.

3. Develop HS monitoring plan for the plant based on both legal and BRUSS corporate requirement.

4. Develop the systemic HS training plan based on BRUSS and local regulation &custom. Eure the plan is specific and fit the needs. Timely delivery the training coues to all levels of the plant organization.

5. Manage wastewater treatment, waste disposal, labor security and medical contract services if it is necessary.

6.Support the Q and E system engineer in leading the action on getting ISO14001 and/or OHSA18001crtificates and maintaining the systems if it is required.

7.Forecast & manage the plant’s HS budget.

Qualification, Experiences and other capabilities

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. Familiar with related laws and policies, know H&S rules and regulatio very well.

3. 3-5 yea respective working experiences in manufacturing industry, especially foreign company experience.

4. With safety professional training, got Certificate of Qualification of Internal safety Auditor and National registered safety engineer certificate.

5. Good English spoken and written level.
