Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: Beijing,Then Yanjiao

Respoibilities:

* Be fully respoible for payroll services timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, bonus, individual income tax, etc.

* Respoible for benefits services for all employees, including social iurance, public housing fund, etc.

* Maintain and verify payroll data maintenance in systems agait valid supporting documents.

* Prepare and support individual income tax deduction, reporting and claims.

* Generate and document payroll-related statements and reports.

* Provide support on individual specific questio regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates.

* Support on internal and external audits proactively.

Qualificatio:

* Bachelor’s degree with major in HR, Finance

* More than 2 yea’ working experience in payroll;

* Familiar with China Labor Law, Tax Law, social security regulatio and policies and related operation procedures.

* Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PPT

* Good communication and detail oriented

* Fluent in oral and written English
