Requirements: Master degree in Mechanical/Automotive or Aeronautical Engineering Proof of excellence in your past position, while demotrating profound creativity in resolving mechanical design problems Experiences in working efficiently within a multidisciplinary cooperative environment Expertise in linear analysis including modal and point mobility. Experience with analysis tools such as AA/META, Animator, Nastran,Hyperworks (hypermesh, optistruct), Nastran, FEMFAT. An established track record of effective modelling for NVH / Durability analysis at vehicle body, trim and chassis levels A capability to define appropriate targets, using a range of strategies Experience of resolving issues through appropriate analysis and design modification At least two yea experience leading a minimum of 5 people delegating work to finish a project from start to finish and minimum 7 yea’ experience in new product development. 10+ yea in automotive or related industrial NVH Development. Fluent English/Chinese Good communication skills in Japanese and/or German is an added advantage Business trip at least one year

This Senior NVH and Durability CAE position requires a highlyexperienced professional engineer with a proven track record of technicalexcellence. The candidate will be a capable engineer and possesses the gravitasrequired to command respect from the talented team he will lead. The role ishighly hands-on, with well-judged logic and expertise. The position is pivotalto the company’s success as many of the technical decisio will have a directbearing upon the standard of excellence of the end product
Take ownehip of management objectives, including managing direct and 3rd party staff to minimize engineering project lead time
Conduct design reviews and facilitate communicatio between departments for customer specific desig.
Eure the development of high fidelity NVH / Durability models of vehicle and subsystems that are well-validated and possess excellent predictive reliability
Devise structural schemes to deliver the highest level of performance in both static stiffness, modal and point mobility.
Specify and utilize tests as appropriate to support the process
Specify appropriate NVH / Durability performance targets to eure best-in-class vehicle attributes
Undertake root-cause analysis of NVH / Durability-related issues and devise appropriate solutio
Liaise with vehicle engineering to facilitate NVH / Durability delivery
Develop optimization strategies suitable for NVH / Durability performance to eure the optimal delivery of the required performance attributes
Carry out durability assessments with Femfat, such as, full vehicle life durability with road load test data, suspeion assembly fatigue, welding fatigue, etc.
