General Summary

To perform a wide variety of performance tests/measurements by utilizing lab test equipment and work itruction to evaluate acceptability of parts, materials and components. Performance test to be made with a variety of test itrumentation and results are to be documented to a prescribed format. Root cause analysis and other assigned work will be performed as required.

Esential Job Respoibilities

1． Providing accurate and reliable performance test data as required, utilizing standard test equipment techniques (Salt spray, CASS, Water immeion, Paint adhesion, temperature cycling, hardness, pull test, thickness test and so on).

2． Provide accurate test information as it pertai to Initial Samples

3． Provide accurate test information as it pertai to in-process performance

4． Report results in a manner that is easily undetood and usable by Engineering, Sales, Quality and Management

5． Perform tests to pre-determined standards.

6． Identify and report testing deficiencies as compared with drawings, specs, or technical standards

7． Provide information and assist with problem solving activities.

8． Maintain and assure conformance of all associated policies and procedures in accordance with TS 16949

9． Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Performance Lab

10． Maintain data on the environment in Performance Lab

11． Other duties as assigned by supervision.

12． Comply with EHS system’s requirements

Qualification

1． High school is for technician. Preferably in an engineering technology field

2． At least 2 yea experience in a quality test laboratory

3． Must have good computer skills-Word, Excel

4． Good oral and written communicatio skills

5. Good English in reading

6． Carry out duties with limited supervision
