Respoibilities

1, Test period: Supporting Concur project team to do case test, summarize issue, communicate with vendor and follow up the update. Prepare and file project related file. Prepare user manual and training material if needed.

2, Launch period: Supporting AP team launch Concur system region by region. Arrange training meeting. Document the question and share with AP team. Help to prepare Concur related report. Help on two system trafer issue.

3, Tralate system user manual and training material from English to Chinese

4, Awer hotline for Concur system question

5, Any other work required by AP and Concur project team.

Qualificatio

Finance, IT related major or working experience.

Good English read and writing skill, need to read and tralate system file.

Good at communication and team work.
