1. 树立专业的企业形象，进行BE推广、并带领推广员完成团队市场推广工作；Build good brand imagine, leading promote to achieve the market target

2. 负责主持团队的每日每周例会，对每周工作进行总结与回顾，对于问题部分提出改进意见 及方法.hold daily/weekly meetings, review, solving the problems.

3. 能随时提出对推广活动的建议和意见；give suggestio to the promotion pla

4. 招聘、培训以及监督推广员的日常工作，以确保团队的优秀的执行力Hire, train, supervise promoter to eure good booth/ fleering execution

5. 支持中心学员活动或户外渠道等推广活动Run internal referral party, run channel marketing activity.

6. 保持良好沟通联系，起到上、下级的桥梁服务工作。Be a good coordinator in the company

任职要求：

1. 年龄：25-35周岁；Age 25-35

2. 教育背景：本科及以上学历 Education: Bachelor above

3. 工作积极主动，性格外向，良好的沟通与协调能力；Passion positive easygoing with good communication and coordination skills

4. 具备高度责任心、结果导向，良好的学习、应变能力，自信、热情，具备高度的团队集体意识及服务精神；With high respoibility, result-oriented, active thinking, confidence, passion with highly team work cociousness and service spirit

5. 能够承担压力和挑战、带领更多的人完成目标，具备一定的管理及组织能力；work under pressure, leading team to achieve the target, management and organization abilities

6. 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件 Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel to do analysis and report

7. 良好的英语水平。Basic verbal and written communication skills in English

8. 有两年以上教育培训行业相关工作经验者优先 Min. 2 yea of working experience. Promoter management or education industry experience, good English is a plus.
