Summery:
Working as part of an international client service team helping to generate actionable iights for large multinational clients. You will be required to work directly with our clients to undetand their needs and also to explain and present findings. Day to day you will be running client issues, supporting on presentatio and learning about the FMCG and retail market. It is important to be flexible, organized and able to manage your time well to achieve high client satisfaction levels. As a client service team member you will also be expected to communicate and work with other internal departments to eure the account ru smoothly. Applicants need to have a strong grasp of mathematics and interest in China’s economic and marketing world to be successful.
工作职责:
为实现销售额的提升和市场占有率的提高,不断促进客户满意,根据部门业务计划和业务开展流程、制度,承担项目运作过程中的具体工作,与客户保持沟通,协助维护客户关系、解决客户问题、挖掘客户需求。
1. 参与项目运作执行
保持与数据生产部门的联系,利用相关软件和分析技术,收集、整理、准备关键数据集,确保数据的准确可靠;参与完成项目执行过程中的具体工作,协助解决项目执行过程中的各种问题;依据合同约定的具体要求和报告提纲,组织撰写中小型项目数据分析报告。
2. 协助进行项目管理
按照公司客户关系管理制度和流程,协助进行CRM系统维护;保持与财务部的联系,根据销售合同,管理中型和小型客户收益,确保销售款的及时回收。
3. 参与客户服务、维护客户关系
协助进行与客户的日常联络,接待和处理日常的客户咨询和投诉,建立和保持良好的客户关系;对客户相关的文件资料进行整理、归档和保管,确保资料的完整性,并提高资料管理与使用效率;协助组织中小型客户会议,准备客户会议资料,在会议中向客户演示报告内容;收集并分析客户需求信息,促进对当前客户需求的销售,收集和整理客户反馈信息,协助挖掘潜在客户价值。
4. 协助流程改进和技术创新
改进应用软件的操作技术(例如宏命令),确保数据整理的准确性,提高数据整理效率;改进制作常规客户报告、图标的流程和方法,提高报告制作的效率;与团队成员分享流程和技术实施经验,为流程和技术创新提供支持和建议。
5. 收集业务和市场相关信息
使用企业网、因特网或贸易杂志等,随时了解Kantar和固定样组与团队和客户相关的活动;收集并分析竞争对手和市场的相关信息,掌握竞争对手的优势和劣势,为保持和提升公司的竞争力提供信息支持和建议;分析研究市场需求,协助进行新产品开发和市场营销活动,拓展消费者固定样项目客户和市场。
6. 促进团队业绩提升
定期总结和分析团队的工作业绩,发现问题采取措施或提出建设性意见,促进团队业绩的提高。
Job Specification:
To increase the sales and market share of the company; incessantly improve client satisfaction; undertake part of the project operatio according to department business pla and business development procedures and systems; keep contact with client; maintain client relatio and solve client problems; mine for more client demands.
1. Participating in the operational implementation of the projects
Keep contact with data production departments; utilize relevant software and analysis techniques in collecting, sorting, and preparing key data sets so as to eure the accuracy and reliability of the data. Participate in the implementation and assist in solving all problems arising from the implementation process. Organize the production of the data analysis report for medium and small projects according to the specificatio of the contract and the report outlines.
2. Assisting the project management
Assist in CRM system maintenance according client relation management system and procedure of the company. Keep contact with the financial department, and manage medium and small client revenue according to sales contract, euring a timely recovery of sales funds.
3. Participating in client services and maintaining client relatio
Assist in keeping touch with clients; accept and dispose client coultation and complaints; establish and maintain good client relatio. Put in order the data relevant to clients; file and custody of these data, euring its completeness and improving the management and use efficiency. Assist in organizing medium and small-client meeting; prepare client meeting materials; present reports to clients during the meetings. Collect and analyze information concerning client demands; promote the sales of present client demands; collect and put in order client feedbacks; assist in mining for potential client values.
4. Assisting in improving work flows and technological innovatio
Improve the operational technologies of application software (such as macro commands) so as to eure the accuracy of data sorting process and enhance data sorting efficiency. Better the workflow and techniques of the production of client reports and charts; enhance report production efficiency. Share the experience regarding to workflow and technical implementation; offer support and suggestio for workflow and technological innovatio.
5. Collecting business and market information
Use intranet, internet or commercial magazines to find out Kantar and customer panel activities related to the team as well as to the clients. Collect and analyze competito and market information; keep a good knowledge of advantages and disadvantages of competito; offer information support and suggestio in order to maintain and elevate the competitiveness of the company. Analyze market demands; assist in the development of new products and marketing activities; expand customer panel clients and markets.
6. Promoting the elevation of team achievement
Have a summary and analysis of the team achievement on a regular basis; take measures to solve the problems identified, or offer cotructive advices, so as to promote team achievement.
要求:
1.本科以上学历,经济、商务、市场营销、管理、统计、社会学、金融、心理学等相关专业;
2.两年年以上市场研究行业经验,有快速消费品行业研究经验者优先;
3.优秀的沟通和表达能力; 高度的责任感,工作细致,对数据敏感; 学习能力强,善于发现并解决问题;
4.能够承受压力,具有团队合作精神和学习创新意识;
5.英语六级以上,优秀的听、说、读、写能力;
6.优秀的PPT报告撰写能力和讲解能力。
Requirement:
1. Univeity bachelor degree; majored in Economics, Business, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Sociology, Finance, Psychology or other relevant subjects.
2. Two yea or more experience in market research. Research experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
3. Good communication, strong see of respoibility, careful and patient, able to analyze data to form solid conclusio and recommendatio, logical thinking and seitive to figures, quick learner, Effective Time Management and problem solving.
4. Good pressure handling abilities, with team spirit and innovative cociousness.
5. Mandarin speaking is essential to this role.
6. Good at PPT, confident and clear presenter.
