职位描述:
1. Respoibilities职责:
1) 协助企业秘书服务工作(企业设立注册、变更、注销和印章、证照的使用记录);
Assist in the corporate secretarial services work,
including the application for the company incorporatiochange/deregistration
and monitoring of usage of company chops and certificates
2) 相关资料的核对,整理和归档
Check and filing of the relevant documents
3) 熟练地使用office软件
Use the office software skilfully
2. Requirements职位要求:
1) 大专及以上学历,一年以上工作经验
Junior colleague or above academic qualificatio with
at least one-year work experiences.
2) 工商管理、行政或法律专业
Business administration or administration or legal
profession
3) 沟通能力强,具有团队合作精神
Strong communication ability with team work spirit
4) 具有良好的文字组织和语言表达能力
Good ability of literal expression and language
expression
5) 具有良好的英文书写能力和简单的英文口语能力,英语4级以上优先
Good written English and simple oral English,
preference for CET-4 or above
6) 工作仔细、认真
Work carefully and diligently
