Position Summary:
Lead or support all plant employee relatio and training initiatives, euring legal compliance. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant ,Role model and demotrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diveity, inclusion and safety of othe.
Respoibilities:
?Oveee and eure legal compliance throughout all employee relatio activities including training, investigatio, decision
making and follow-through.
?Eure regulatory compliance with corporate policy administration and work rules.
?Foster open communication with all plant associates, as well as the SH office.
?Participate in all plant major initiatives and decisio.
?Clearly communicate the connection between performance and career opportunity to team leade and plant manager(pay,
selection, promotion).
?Develop and oveee practices to recognize, reward and appreciate associates.
?Champion the importance of the plant Cultural Council; guide activities to promote inclusion, engagement, and continuous
improvement.
?Direct recruiting and staffing practices; eure candidate quality and timely fill rates.
?Oveee successor planning, mentoring, and management training within the plant.
?Create and communicate motivation and recognition pla
?Foster cooperative interaction with department manage and plant manager
?Champion the use of cultural assessment tools to strengthen plant culture and conditio.
?Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of potential system like TPM and GMP
?Coults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
?Analyze trends and metrics in partnehip with the HR group to develop solutio, programs and policies.
?Provide guidance and input on organization restructures, workforce planning and people development.
Minimum Position Qualificatio:
?Bachelor's Degree
?28-35 yea old
?Good business acumen
?Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatio.
?Strong verbal and written communication skills.
?Thorough knowledge of plant procedures and policies.(not required from Chemical industry)
?Ability to comprehend complex context.
?Functional knowledge and use of compute
?Good learning agility
