岗位职责

1.Carryout feasibility studies of proposed plant improvements or exteio.

2.Direct cotruction works and equipment itallation through the plant maintenance force and supervise and coordinate works confined to contracto while keeping expenditures within authorized budgets.

3.Plan and direct the maintenance and maintenance engineering functio to assure dependable operation of production facilities and auxiliaries and work within the related maintenance budget.

4.Plan and direct the maintenance of the company property to assure safe, efficient and healthy working conditio throughout the entire area, while keeping expenditures within allocated budgets.

5.Develop, maintain and implement preventative maintenance program.

6.Maintain spare parts storage at safe but economical levels.

7.Promote maintenance work force efficiency through work planning, peonnel motivation and training, and indoctrination of technicia into new techniques.

8.Engineer equipment development and advise on equipment maintenance programs.

9.Conduct specific studies about product flow plant layout, operation sequences, machine utilization and work distribution to improve operational efficiency and production yields, to enhance work conditio and to promote job enrichment.

10.Meet the time schedules set for the different tasks, as well as for the preparation for the related reports. Advises the Plant Manager immediately of any expected variation.

11.Communicate in an effective manner within his own department, as well as with other departments in the company.

12.Operate within the committed costs for materials, labor, services and for indirect expees under his scope of control. Be respoible for the control and timely and accurate reporting to all relevant peo and/or departments.

13.Maintain housekeeping, sanitary and safe conditio through the entire area of respoibility, in conformity with the standards set by Governmental Agencies, and the company. The term /safe conditio/ includes fire and accident prevention activities.

14.Cooperate with other departments to eure that adequate procedures are employed and checks made for obtaining the standards set by the company.

15.Cooperate actively with the company safety office and safety and health committee, to eure that all safety regulatio and operational safety rules are setup, maintained and employed. Ipect new equipment and cotruction for compliance with official labor and equipment safety legislation and with safety standards and iurance company requirements.

17.Submit a Monthly Progress Report to the Plant Manager

1.Univeity degree or equivalent in Engineering or related 10+ yea related experience

2.Experience in a related industry (food/ beverage, health and hygiene products, coumer products, pharmaceuticals, etc.). Experience in a highsku environment with similar mixing and packaging experience.

3.Strong Computer literacy
