职位描述:
工作职责:
1.现场解决客户桌面软硬件问题,通过电话或者远程工具客户进行技术支持。
2.与全球IT服务团队合作,维护公司全球IT服务。
3.负责办公室网络设备的安装和维护。
4.维护公司服务器,备份设备,IT周边设备的正常运行。
工作要求:
1.至少两年技术支持相关工作经验,具有独立解决问题的能力。
2.需要有较为丰富的WINDOWS相关知识,有对服务器机房管理者优先。
3.拥有良好的人际关系,沟通和聆听能力。
4.具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。
5.拥有ERP(Oracle)相关知识者优先,有ITIL认证者优先。
Job Description
1.Support Shanghai office IT operatio for both tech teams and non-IT departments;
2.Work with other global IT services team to implement IT best practices and enforce global IT service policy;
3.Maintain IT-Room server and network;
4.Website operation
5.Maintain cloud server and service.
Qualification
1.Minimum 2 yea of experience with troubleshooting, configuring and repairing computer hardware, printe, software, network connectivity and operating systems;
2.Strong customer service focus and interpeonal skills is a must;
3.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create rapport with user;
4.Able to work under own initiative with limited guidance being required in own area of knowledge;
5.Able to work with pee on a global scale;
6.Proficiency with Windows OS is required;
7.Experience supporting mobile devices is preferred (i.e., tablets, smart phones, soft phones, etc.) ;
8.ITIL foundation certification – Preferred;
9.ERP (Oracle) knowledge is a plus.
