Job describe:

Customer service on all issues concerning product branding and packaging.

provide professional and efficient service to custome in the fields of graphics, in accordance with company policy:

1.Approving graphics for every new filter that is approved by A.L. GROUP custome

2.Building customer packaging itructio

3.Communicating with A.L. graphic designe for graphic creation and with A.L. GROUP custome for approving the graphics

4.Creation of labels + printings (when needed)

Communication with /internal custome/ :

1.Purchasing department, planning department, sales team - on packaging issues/ material, open orde etc

2.Engineering department : for custome dedicated drawings

3.Working with 2 main programs (CRM &ERP) - will be learned during the training.

4. Photoshop + ILUSTRATOR knowledge.

Job requirements:

1.English on professional level – a must (reporting and daily work with management in English)

2.Communicative, positive peon

3.Open minded with ability to travel

4.Familiar with office software
