Job Title: Application Manager

Reports to: Technical Director

Area/Function: Commercial

Purpose of Job Role:

ØSupervise a team to provide technical proposals, products and support to assigned customer by coordinating development activity of internal and oveeas sites;

Principle Accountabilities

ØSupervision of a team to provide cost-effective proposals for new programs and cost reduction programs to eure that COMPANY is in leading position technically;

ØSupervision of a team to offer technical support to meet customer’s and COMPANY internal requirement;

ØSupervision of a team to carry out FFM product development;

ØProvide suggestio to COMPANY management team on continuous improvements of COMPANY’s technologies and technical support;

ØMaintain and improve good relatiohip with customer’s engineering people at mid and senior level;

ØShare EHS information with team, encourage team attend EHS activities, training and meeting;

ØCultivate team member and successor;

?The nature of automotive exhaust emission control catalysts including DOC, DPF, NOx Trap and SCR.

?Experiment design knowledge

?Good project manage knowledge

?The nature of Engine Management System for gasoline engine and fuel injection system for diesel engine
