Coordinate and monitor the plant quality activities. Develop the procedures and processes where needed to eure plant quality objectives are met. This includes tracking run to target conformance and other agreed to quality measures.

Establish and update the quality control programs and procedure to iure that all raw materials and finished products are ipected and tested in accordance with the established standard. Set up and revise all the SOPs related to the quality control, such as testing SOPs, GMP SOPs ect.

Management for ISO, GMP and other third party audit system. Make the schedule and implement the schedule of ISO certification application and other audit, co-ordinate with all relevant functio to organize the ISO and GMP activities, including but not limited to set up required working procedures, compiling necessary document etc.

Quality control for raw material and products. Supervise the production team and the QA team to work on the testing of raw materials to make sure the materials meet the quality requirements for production. Supervise the team’s work in product of every batch analysis and tests according to the agreed specificatio ingredients. And keep record and track any unusual findings with recommendation on corrective actio.

Manage the lab and all the other lab equipment. According to established policy/procedure/practices, supervise and manage the chemistry lab and lab equipment including the safety, testing materials stock, cleaning, etc. to eure the smooth operation.

Coordinate preparation, delivery and resolution of customer and supplier quality documents (i.e. Certificates of Analysis); Provide technical expertise to management relative to quality issues.

Participate in all customer complaint investigatio and stewards completion of the actio to prevent recurrence.

Coordinate training of lab techs on specific tasks and entire operatio group on quality topics in quality training refresher.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in analytical chemistry or other related discipline.

More than 8 year of QA&QC experience in Chemical plant or related field. Preferable background with international food or medical grade enterprise work experience.

Experience with laboratory equipment for testing of catalyst and chemical raw material. Familiar with the related analytical method for catalyst.

Technical & Professional Knowledge. Familiar with ISO 9001, GMP.

Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.

Self-motivated, good interpeonal skills and a team player with pro-active attitude.
