Take full quality respoibility as delegated program from quotation phase until program SOP;

Customer SQE;

主要职责-列出主要工作任务Major Respoibilities-List down the major tasks:

？Work with program according PRP requirement for:

？Eure the lesso & learned and I standard implement to design phase;

？Participate D/PFMEA team to reduce the risk;

？Work out and eure the Control Plan is implemented during project development phase;

？Define the Measuring Planning for new development project;

？Define ( Develop) the roofs Gauge and execute the Gauge R&R before hand-over to operation team;

？Take lead to review, analyze and organize the Open Issue List with corrective action plan during program phase;

？Eure the all deliveries meet each Gate Milestone maturity requirement;

？Define the containment plan for each roof buildup phase; (From Gate B to Gate D)

？Be respoible to customer PPAP/PSW approval for development phase;

？Contact peon as delegated project to customer SQETA respoible;

？Close out customer quality issues

？Achieve IMDS customer approval

？Participate the regular project meeting with management of PM;

？Contribute the quality defect database & lesso and learned setup/maintenance;

关键任职资格Key Competencies:

学历与经验Education and Experience:

？大学本科及以上学历，质量管理、企业管理、机械制造类相关专业；

？Bachelor degree or above, related to quality management，factory management or mechanical specialty related;

？熟悉APQP,PPAP,MSA, SPC, FMEA以及其他相关的质量管理工具（如鱼骨图，G8D等）

？Familiar with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA and relative quality tools (Fish bone chart, G8D,etc.)

？具有较强的分析，解决问题的能力；

？Has strong analysis, problem solving skills

？至少3年以上汽车行业质量管理经验。有前期项目质量管理经验者优先；

？At least 3 yea experience in automotive quality management. Candidate with advanced program quality experience is plus ;

？英语熟练

？Both Oral and written English skill;
