Missio :

1.Quotation process :

a.Upon supervision of YuSiP and BeSiP team respoible :

i.Analyses of 3D files from prospects and custome

ii.Data extraction for quotation process and preparation of the RFQ sheets

iii.RFQ to moldmake

iv.Analyses of moldmake quotes

2.Project follow-up

a.Mission starts with the entry of a new order.

i.Build-up and follow-up of the planning with the supplie

ii.Discussion of technical issues with moldmake and SiP Engineering team

iii.Validation of molds’ conformity to the Technical regulation

iv.Preparation of all documentation and moulds before shipment

3.YuSiP molds follow-up

a.Mission starts with the entry of each new molds in YuSiP Plant to eure that they are always ready for production:

i.Build-up and follow-up of the molds maintenance planning

ii.Records of preventive maintenance and repai

Required profile :

Mechanical Engineer

Experience in Plastic Injection Mold design and 3D CAD software (Solidwork is preferable)

Experience in mold making,

Used to standard Office package (Microsoft, Libre office, …)

Age 30 - 40 yea

Team spirit, communication, good organisation, autonomous

Languages : Chinese & English are mandatory.
