职位描述

The position provides day-to-day support in solving of problems within the local offices from colleagues. The goals of the position is to eure all the computer terminals run normally, to assure all employees can work normally with their computer. It needs the candidate have the strong see of respoibility.

岗位职责

1.Manage information technology and computer systems.

2.Manage company's local area network, wireless LAN, familiar with Cisco router, switch, AP, firewall settings.

3.Manage company Cisco IP phone system, familiar with the CUC and CUCM.

4.Manage company VMware virtualization platform.

5.Manage company's file server, Domain server, D, DHCP.

6.Manage data backup and disaster recovery, familiar with Symantec Backup EXEC.

7.Manage other internal IT systems, including video conferencing systems, access systems.

8.Respoible for helpdesk support, proficient Windows 7, Windows 10 system and Office related software.

9.Respoible for IT asset management.

10.Respoible for the development and optimization of IT service process & quality.

11.Maintain and development a stable internal IT environment.

任职要求

1.Bachelor or above degree; major in IT related is preferred;

2.At least 1 yea relevant working experience;

3.Proficient company internal network & system & server operatio & maintenance

4.Proficient Microsoft Server & Cisco products, such as Exchange, ASA, Cisco Switch etc.

5.Familiar with VMware virtualization products.

6.CCNA, MCSE, VCP certification is preferred.

7.Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; can communicate with foreign colleagues well;

8.Good ability of self-control and time management skills.

9.Strong respoibility, challenge spirit, work under high pressure.

10.Foreign company working experience is preferred.
