职位描述:
RESPOIBILITIES
1. To build and organize the sales team in West China region
2. To establish a clear sales strategy and goal for West China(including potential branch locatio, products and services) and work closely with the sales & operation team to reach the target
3.To initiatively promote and sell *** logistic products: airfreight, seafreight, contract logistics, project cargo and IT solutio etc.
4. To make a market research and identify potential and target custome
5. To lead the sales team to actively work on CRM and local sales activities
6. To strengthen the business relatiohip with oveeas partne, generate sales leads and work together with oveeas partne for sales development
7.To coordinate with the operation team to work with suitable third party supplie in West China
8.To set regular meetings with carrie and airlines to support company’s Product & Pricing divisio.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with degree in logistics related majo
2. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin
3. Minimum 8 yea’ experience in forwarding or logistics industry, preferably for multinational forwarding or logistics companies, rich experience in business development
4. Exteive knowledge of forwarding and logistics activities throughout all levels of the processes in West China
5. High level of self-motivation, passionate and initiative
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work independently, but also a good team player
8. Strong desire and ability to provide suggestio of how to optimize processes and improve the overall sales performance
9. Basic knowledge on all Microsoft office software, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
