3.Task description
? In the Quality planning respoible for
- Create ipection records to the supplier and customer
- Define and create AQP plan together with the supplier and customer (After coultation with the M-QPL)
- Provide intial sample documentation and data management in CAQ Babtec APQP
- Create controll plan for incoming ipection and prototypes (After coultation with the M-QPL)
- Customer and supplier support concerning quality iussues
- Taking account of customer and standards requirements and quality costs
- Negociate in the context of the overall customer project management respoibility for quality issues with
custome and supplie in terms of dates and topics and Execute all necessary measures to meet the quality requirements.
- Execute supplieraudits acc. iwis standard (PSO) together with M-QPL and M-MWS
- Jointly respoible für Supplier selection, take care of them, auditing and developing them.
- Assignment of measurements external and internal
- Continuous improvement of existing test procedures in the pre-series
- Coordination and supporting of customer and supplier complaints
- Create customer and suuplier complaints in Babtec CAQ, acc. 8D - methode
- Define and implementing measures to solve problems at the supplie (After coultation with the M-QPL
- Reporting to M-QPL munich concerning customer complaints and measurements

Support in quality queries and quality methods (eg FMEA, fault analysis techniques, APQP, measurements) from other secto (eg cotruction, SK, MW)
As part of the complaint handling, procedures shall be implemented and problem analysis carried out (eg analysis on the deviation from predetermined values). For this purpose, quality techniques (eg Isikawa, 8D steps, FMEA, 5W questioning techniques) should be used.
