Position: Major Tasks

a. Sales Forecasting – Coordinate with all Area Sales Manage in

the region to eure that the sales forecast database are updated

according to latest area sales planning. Support the regional management

team in tracking of forecasting accuracy.

b. Sample requirements – Coordinate with all Regional Crop Manage

in forecasting sample planning and coordinate delivery to destination.

c. Order processing – Input sales order into system and monito

order status. Identify block orde issues and discuss with Regional

Managerelevant Area Sales Manager to overcome issue. Where necessary,

assist Regional Manager to prepare sales contracts.

d. Delivery management – Track delivery status in order to eure

on-target 4R delivery quality. Eure cost-optimization with efficient

traport routing and BCS.

e. Local warehouse management – assist Supply Chain in goods

replenishment plan and weekly and monthly stock reconciliation.

f. Other sales support activities – Provide any sales planning

support as required by the Regional Manager to eure smooth functioning

of the regional business operation.

Position: Skills,...

Education Degree business studies. Specialization in supply chain

management would be an advantage

Skill Good analytical abilities and able to work well cross-

functionally.

Experience At least1year working experience in supply chaiorder

processing functio.

Peonal characteristic Highly motivated, good initiative, good

communicator and have positive attitude.
