职位描述:
Stage 1:
1.Learn and Master the ALSA QMS, its advantages and dis-advantages.
2.Learn and Master the ALSA products and related Quality issues.
3.Learn and Master the ALSA Materials and their specificatio and related QA issues.
4.Learn and Master the international and national standards of manufacturing.
5.Learn and Master the ALSA customer requirement.
6.Learn and Master the ALSA Products safety standards and requirements.
7.Learn and Master the ALSA third party certification and the related activity.
8.Be familiar with the QA department current structure, its peonnel and its current advantages and dis-advantages.
9.Learn and Master Supply Chain and its related quality issues.
10.Learn and Master the QA KPI and related bonus system
Stage 2:
1.Propose on Improvement of the QMS and implement / maintain.
2.Review QA department peonnel capabilities, Train / Replace / Add as needed.
3.Review customer requirements and euring that they are meet.
4.Handle and plan for Internal Audit of QMS
5.Leading process that reducing the non-conforming products.
6.Leading with the QA team to pass custome audit.
7.Control quality cost, total cost of quality department, and cotantly improve.
8.Review KPI and propose / define ways to achieve and improve on KPI
