The Quality Engineer eures the quality of product in the blow molding/FC/Assembly manufacturing process by representing effectively procedures defined in the quality system. Hehe develops adequate controls to eure product quality

lEure that 100% of the tanks meet safety and quality requirements

lHandle customer concer and provide corrective action respoes

lSatisfy the Customer(s)

lReduce the Quality cost (scrap,…)

lMake sure that all internal procedures are in place and respected

lTrack process capabilities and scrap in order to provide information to management for improvement

lSupport continuous improvement

lMust successfully complete all required training。

lPrepare the data and good/bad part for daily quality meeting, and follow up the corrective action for all 8D.

lOther duties as assigned.
