Mission

?The G&P China Lead Trainer will report for day to day activities to the clients on the required activities in the management and resolution of nominated client site supplier training and coaching issues. Hehe shall eure a positive feedback by delivering training/coaching to the clients. And make sure a timely reporting in accordance with clients & G&P procedures.

Activities

?Lead trainer team to develop, update and maintain training catalog to eure a proper solution to the customer.

?Optimize training pla according the request of the customer.

?Training delivery based on approved training material.

?Continue improvement in line with the training feedback and make sure a sustainable satisfaction from the customer.

?Participate in Cross-functional meetings and report to the clients and G&P headquarte timely.

?Keep training database updated with accurate manner.

?Provide proactive advice and information for management decision.

?Respoible for supporting clients STAQE management team in development or management of nominated supplier issues.

Conditio

The job holder will be based at client Site and will be expected to spend time away from home occasionally at short notice as required to support the business needs.

Candidate Profile

?Solid supplier quality development & management and training delivery working experience in automobile industry

?Deep knowledge about automobile 5 quality tools, especially with training delivery experience in PPAP and APQP.

?Q3P (Qualification Progressive of Product and Process) undetanding and experience is preferred.

?Excellent communication and interpeonal skill.

?Good command of French is nice to have.
