Tasks:

1.Coordinates, manages and controls the production process and guarantee the melting zone to optimize performance, motivation, training, human resources and quality of the product.

2.Provides the implementation of metal production at the planned targets, agreed and defined in the terms and modes;

3.Provides continuous optimization of production processes in the light of continuous improvement, control of production standards;

4.It is proposed technological improvements, investments and innovative organizational solutio aimed at optimizing the technical and economic performance and the quality that can be obtained on existing devices, as well as the security;

5.Works with departments respoible for adjusting the production cycle in order to achieve continuous and optimal process or flow;

6.Coordinates and controls the production variability of hou of direct and indirect use of equipment, staff productivity and collaboration, missing from the production;

7.Direct the Department and provides daily information on the production process;

8.Acts as a liaison between the Department of Production and Maintenance in case of any problems associated with the production of metal;

9.Checks the level of product quality and performance of equipment;

10.Shall take, to the extent determined policy action to provide motivation, training, development and improvement of professional skills to subordinate resources;

11.Controls compliance with company standards and security peonnel assigned to it;

12.Respoible for the safety and health of worke, the environment in the subordinate;

13.Monito security threats and the environment and inform the supervisor of the new and unknown threats;

14.It works by informing and training of human resources in his area on topics related to the prevention of environmental risks;

15.Respoible for and monito compliance with legal and in-house standards for safety and the environment;

16.Prepare itructio / organize the work of his department in accordance with the plan of quality and environmental management plan.

Requirements:

1.More than 5 yea' working experience in melting area;

2.Solid professional knowledge and skills;

3.Good communication skills;

4.Fluent English both oral & written.
