General Summary

This position is respoible for plant product quality and the overall quality of supplier-provided components, raw material, and sub-assemblies, etc. It’s also expected to lead the supplier development, as well as supplier quality system audit.

Essential Job Respoibilities

1. Respoible for leading Receiving Ipection team, and training of sampling program to receiving ipecto

2. Lead and manage supplier assessments and supplier PPAP.

3. Drive supplier quality development initiatives.

4. Identify and analyze high exposure and/or highly complex supplier quality issues internally and at supplie' sites.

5. Issue PRR to vendor when problem happe; drive root cause analysis and corrective actio.

6. Work with Plant Quality Assurance Manager and Supplier Chain Manager to develop quality improvement strategies.

7. Participate in APQP for externally supplied parts.

8. Coordinate continuous improvementcrap reduction projects

9. Initiate/track and puue to closure internal corrective actio

10.Compliance with TS 16949 documentation requirements including work itructio, procedure changes, process changes and customer part number changes

11. Pla and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.

12. Assist with special projects as assigned by purchasing or quality manager or designee.

13. Comply with EHS system’s requirements

Qualification

1. College degree must be and technical/engineering major is preferred.

2. 3~5 yea automotive SQE experience

3. Strong negotiation skills

4. Internal audit certificate of TS16949(VDA6.3)/ISO14001/ISO9001

5. solid background of injectio toolingtamping/plating/painting

6. Experienced in application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem solving, etc.

7. Good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software

8. Good oral and written communicatio skills, Good English

9. Willing to travel frequently
